If you are currently receiving income support from Centrelink, are in severe financial hardship, meet the residence requirements and due to family violence you have either left your house and cannot return or are setting up a new house – or your partner has been removed from the house for family violence reasons – then call Centrelink quickly.

You only have seven (7) days to make a claim.

The money isn’t a lot – just an extra week’s worth of your usual support income – but every little bit helps when you need it.
